Template Monster WordPress Themes - Customer Satisfaction

August 23rd, 2006 in WordPress Themes

Template Monster is proud to have WordPress Themes among our products. We want to provide the best templates available for this large and growing sector of the web. We recently decided to ask some of our WordPress theme buyers for their opinions about the template they had purchased. The results were fantastic.

We have designed our WordPress Themes for use on the WordPress platform – the most popular blogging available. Each template is designed for maximal technical accuracy and attractiveness. Our WordPress Themes are designed in a wide variety of motifs and color schemes – because bloggers deserve to have a choice for a more exclusive look for their blogs. Bloggers want skins for business, pleasure, hobbies, family and church communications. Employers and schools realize the importance of blogging and they want a blog that feels the way they feel, and the way their readers feel.

Template Monster officers and designers were surprised by the degree of satisfaction that WordPress Themes buyers expressed. A brief questionnaire was sent out to a cross-section of buyers – asking about their experiences with their Template Monster WordPress Theme.

First of all the rate of response was exceptional – we received a majority of the questionnaires answered in full. One very satisfying thing that we found was that there was not one single complaint of any serious problems with any theme that was downloaded. There were many compliments, anecdotes about how the themes were used, and best of all – most of the buyers felt they had made a very good purchase. Some of the buyers gave reasons as to why they chose a certain theme or how they used it – which made for some good reading.

One example of the responses we received came from Christine Rodriguez. “I set up a family recipe repository - - (WordPress theme # 10796). . . I’ve been blogging for four years but this particular site is new . . . I blog for fun.” We asked Christine how she found out about Template Monster – “I googled ‘website templates’ and Template Monster came up.” How did you know Template Monster makes WordPress Themes? – “I didn’t, but I was thrilled to find some.” We asked Christine if she liked her Template Monster WordPress Theme – “I love it. It’s simple, elegant design, and very easy to install.” Take a look at her blog – Christine has a made a good thing better.

Another example is Aspire Youth Ministries (WordPress theme # 10781). Jessica Weiser explained that she had used Template Monster templates before. “I customized the design for our website, but overall the theme was okay.” When you see what Jessica has done with the template you will know why we wanted to show you Aspire’s website.

Template Monster is proud of the way our customers are using their WordPress Themes. If you have a Template Monster WordPress Theme on your blog and want other people to look in on your work/play let us know about it – send us an email with your link (marketing @ templatemonster dot com). We can share the fun!

Template Monster Donates to Charity Websites

August 4th, 2006 in Sponsorship

Template Monster has provided the best Webpage Templates worldwide. We have occasionally communicated with charitable organizations about their needs for a particular website project. Although many of these charitable institutions are large, well established concerns, some of them are not. When we discovered that some small startup charitable organizations had little if any resources from which they could establish a web presence we realized a very important need in communities everywhere.

We already knew that the web is a very cost effective way to become known in any community. With this in mind we realized that if these new charities did not get some immediate and real assistance they would face a much more difficult road in helping solve the human problems that they were trying to overcome.

Template Monster made the decision to assist some of the neediest of these charities in doing their vital work. We decided to give them the template that they wanted to use to establish their own website. On July 5, 2006 we issued a press release and the “Support Religious” Program was announced. This program has helped many new charities and church websites begin, many in this last month with the help of our program. Here are three that are newly operational.

The World by Train. This interesting quest, taken on by three young men on a mission, involves 6 charities and 3 world records. These three guys, Hamish, Simon and James, put together a project whereby they donate all funds raised to UNICEF, Save The Children, World Wildlife Fund for Nature, World Society for the Protection of Animals, Cancer Research UK, and Greenpeace. While this is very admirable, they will coincidentally attempt to set three world records in the Guinness Book of World Records: 1) The greatest number of countries visited in a single journey by train (new category), 2) The greatest distance covered in a single journey by train (new category), and 3) The fastest circumnavigation by scheduled surface transport (new record). The designer of the website, Robert Burridge of Web Site King used Template Monster template #11077 as the basis for the final design.

John’s Golf Course - The Non Profit, No Greens Fees Course for the Handicapped. This project is about making sport and recreation available to the handicapped. The website has a lot of great promotional photos, my favorite is the photo of John with Terry Bradshaw. Kimberley Barreda, the Associate Editor at Active Living Magazine, is also the designer of the website. Kimberly used Template Monster template #6807. John Espinoza - a Special Olympics Golfer, did not have a lot of resources and Kimberley wanted to upgrade John’s website to something considerably more effective so they could further the work they had started together.

Internet School for Disabled Students is a wonderful idea. Anatoly Kochnev is the iEARN Uzbekistan Coordinator. iEARN Uzbekistan is a non-profit organization which helps students and teachers use ICT in the classroom. This new project, called Internet School for Disabled Students, allows disabled children from Uzbekistan to receive a free high school education. The School works as an online portal where the educational materials are made available. Anatoly used Template Monster template #3533.
It looks pretty good now, and even better if you read Russian.

Template Monster will continue to team up with these kinds of organizations in the future, making our awards-winning designs available to worthy causes for a better world.
