As a sequel to the last announcement Template Monster again wants to thank the buyers of our WordPress Themes. Last week we shared some of the responses our customers have sent about WordPress Themes that they have bought. We want to make sure to mention some more of these customers and print their comments as well.
Marc Navarro says, “A friend of mine has a small advertising agency. He showed me your templates, and in fact their website is done using TM products. . .I use it for commercial purposes. The reason to use WordPress is because the system is supposed to be much more simple to maintain than flash or html based websites. . . I prefer Wordpress. . .in my opinion, it’s better than blogger as it offers more possibilities.”
Corey G says, “I found your website using a search engine, keywords -website templates. . .I bought your WordPress designs because they are nice and I use them for mostly private purposes. I’ve tried Word Press, and blogger.com for about 4 months. Word Press is my favorite so far.”
Please remember Template Monster wants customer satisfaction. If you have any problems with your WordPress Theme contact marketing@templatemonster.com for an updated and widget supporting version of your template.

Hello,
I like the WordPress-templates. Most of them are well build and not too sophisticated for most people. Anyway, I hope that you guys will make some JOOMLA! templates in the nereby-future. That would be awesome. I prefer Joomla above WordPress and I think most people do.
Keep on goin’
Maarten

I downloaded a wordpress theme and then clicked on your link that says “download wordpress here” It took me to a link to download version 2.0.4 but your template only works with version 2.0.1 Now I am stuck with a template that doesnt even work with the current version of wordpress. I cant even downgrade or find an original version of 2.0.1 Whats the deal with this. In my opinion thats false advertising and fraud. Thanks for nothing monster, the only thing you did is make my blog design a nightmare.

Oh, and as for your live chat assistance regarding my problem. Your representative told me “We do not provide software, they cut and pasted the part of your website that talks about downloading samples and how version 2.0.1 is necessary, then they told me “sorry for the inconvenience” whats that about? Now i try and talk to the person and they just ignore me and disconnect me from the chat. I dont think its too much to ask you to provide products that actually work with the current software. or AT THE LEAST, provide me with info as to where I can find a download for version 2.0.1 of wordpress. Sorry for the inconvenience?

[...] We have received some complaints since posting “More on WordPress Themes - Why They Work So Well”. We have taken these complaints seriously, so we tested all of our WordPress Themes with each version of WordPress higher than 2.0.1 and all of them are working perfectly with each version. We appreciate the opinions of our customers and thank Michael personally. I would add that if you have problems in the future you should contact esupport.template-help.com. by way of the ticket system, and you will receive professional help.
