We recently asked some of our customers about the Flash Intro Template that they had purchased. The responses were informative and encouraging. Carolina Miranda of WSI says, “I think that all your products are very good, so far I have not seen the need for you to improve your technology, although this is only my second purchase. . .I like most of your designers, I really do not pay attention to the names of each designer when I’m looking for a product, I only choose whatever is most convenient for me. . .I’m an Internet Consultant for WSI, so I’m not a web designer. I buy products from you so these can be used in the web pages for my clients. We work with several production centers around the world and they have their own designers. . . For example, the intro that I just bought will be used for a travel agency and rent-a-car. We will make some modifications to the template which will be used as the intro for my client’s website.”

Philipp Eirich says, “As far as the ease of use we cannot complain. The file hierarchies and libraries are in good condition and fairly easy to navigate and to use. The only thing we would like to see implemented in the future are the original 3D sequences in .png format, or even better, the 3D Studio Max files, so we can change and/or improve them as needed and sometimes required by our clients. We would be more than willing to pay an extra premium for that. . .we consider ourselves frequent buyers of anything ranging from Flash website templates, over icon sets, OsCommerce themes to Flash intros. . . I personally have been working with flash since 1998, most of our designers and animators work with the application for at least 3-5 years, often longer. We currently all use Flash 8 Pro. . . As far as liking one particular designer, I would have to tell you that our clients decide who they like and eventually choose for a project. It depends on the clientele, the industry, and certainly the application. Although the 3D Flash templates are always an eye-catcher they are very difficult to sell. Clean style business templates are the top sellers with us. A few of my personal favorite designers would be Blur , ‘Val’, ‘Flasher’, ‘Velvet’, ‘Quill’, and ‘Di’.”

Jerry McNeel says, “We really like the products and will be ordering more of them. . . I have contacted your support people to have them make a couple of changes. . .The Flash Intro # 11011 (author Blur) was the first we’ve purchased and it looks really great.”

Lo says, “I’m French, so excuse for my English. . .I really appreciate the works of your designers - I don’t know a lot of them but all the templates which I saw are very convincing.
I made me too some web sites and I use the last templates I bought (here www.dajaloo.com) for my own and I like it. So easy to modify and adapt. Very useful to use some templates when you don’t have any time. . I use Flash MX 2004 (Studio).”
