I hope that you will take care of the backward compatability as everyone may not yet be ready with Swish2. I faced similar problems when downloading Flash templates as I had older Flash and the flash did not open and had to spend a lot of time and efforts to upgrade my Flash which I never wanted just to be able to edit the template.

I was hoping to find a product that will easily produce changes to moving content. That would change the notion that video (flash type) sites are unchangeable and hard to administer. Now if that product offered some kind of a web admin interface, it would change the cms market for good.

But, what about the SEO options. Flash have a big problem whith the content, it could not be indexed by search engines.

Unfortunately there is no chance that you can edit SWiSHmax2 templates with earlier versions of SWiSH software. Actually that’s the reason we’re producing those templates – for SWiSHmax2 users to have the designs to work with.
And there’s nothing we can do to make it compatible with earlier SWiSH versions.

I purchased several swishmax2 templates along with swishmax 2 and I’m really having a hard time making changes. I can’t find any tutorials for editing the templates. Any tutorials I see are for making from scratch. Does anyone have a site that I can go to? I’ve asked the sites where I bought the templates and they give me generic answers too. I’d love to get some step by step instructions from when I download and unzip the template. Can someone help me with full instructions if I purchase one of your templates.?
