After having launched Joomla and Mambo CMS templates last fall we have noticed that even though these two product types are strikingly popular the audience still wants more
Therefore in response to this growing demand for various CMS products we have decided to be so kind and to launch a new CMS designs range which we have chosen to be Drupal Themes. Besides that you, our friends, were asking us over and over again about when we will finally start producing Drupal Themes. Anyways, here they are - brand new and yet so much impressive – Drupal Templates!
To tell you the truth this CMS platform has been a subject of our interest for a long time now. I guess all of the webmasters have heard of it for its irrefutable bright sides. I mean by its functionality Drupal is quite equal to Joomla (and in some aspects it is even more advanced). Drupal’s developers even claim that it is rather a platform for developing content management systems, but even though so advanced Drupal is still an incredibly efficient CMS by itself. It has a system of personalized settings, access management system, polls system, a built-in forum and a diverse system of working with themes and templates.
This advanced CMS platform combined with a beautiful design is surely that something that will make your web experience truly unforgettable. Don’t hesitate to go and browse our Drupal Themes.

We are happy that you’re now also designing Drupal templates. Drupal is an amazing CMS, and the templates, they look beautiful! Congratulations, Template Monster!

Are these, by chance, based on Zen, or some other “starter” template?

Mroswell,
Please explain what you mean. If it’s the design that you’re talking about - Drupal Themes are not based on Zen Cart designs. Or do you want to know if they are similar from the functionality point of view?

This is great news! I believe Drupal is one of the best CMS’s (or even better; frameworks) out there.

Nice news.
Hope to see lot of new drupal themes.
One question:
what’s about GPL license?
All drupal code is released under GPL. How you have licensed your drupal themes?

Great to hear. Drupal themes are really cool. Many thanks for your resources.

My understanding is the GPL license only applies to the .tpl and .php files, etc. The CSS, images and JavaScript do not have to be released under GPL.
I’m pleased to see the commercialisation of Drupal themes. The availability of quality Drupal themes has been a hot topic for sometime.

Great job with the Drupal themes. I don;t know if it’s one of the best CMS’s but it’s one of the user friedly framework. My opinion anyway :-??

At least we were the first ones there.
Now time to make our Drupal themes even more high-end.

These look really nice, congrats on the launch. Looks like I have some work to do, too.

DT Garden,
DT Machine is absolutely right. It’s the Drupal CMS source code that has to be licensed under GPL. And design themes are obviously not a part of a source code. Besides, how can design be possibly licensed under the conditions of GPL? That’s impossible.

Eventhough I love Joomla (and will continue to love it), I am a big fan of Drupal’s architecture. It is well thought out power in simplicity and elegance. I love everything about Drupal except when it came to finding top notch, professional themes, it was a difficult job indeed. I see that as one glaring drawback with regards to Drupal Vs. Joomla. (I have never been able to figure out the reason why…). So in that regard I am really excited, very much excited that template monster has decided to put their professional, artistic expertise behind Drupal theme creation. I hope you not only convert many of the Joomla themes but also the other CSS based themes at your site to Drupal 6. Please continue adding converting! If I am any indication, if the forums I have read are any indication, Drupal fans & others, have been thirsting for Drupal themes! You do have a stunning selection of themes and other accessories. I’ll be your customer soon (and believe me, I have scoured the web for themes etc. both for Drupal and for other design based accessories). You outshine them in practically every aspect.
Thanks again for designing for Drupal!
