The single biggest need I have on websites is accept/deny icons (green checkmarks, red "x"). I see a green checkmark, but not the red x. Arrows and pointers tend to be important (draw attention) - I saw one 3-D arrow. Most surprising is that the four most common pixel icons (very tiny 15x15 icons) used on websites (home, search, email, sitemap) aren't offered. No twitter icon (popular on some sites for interactivity and popularity building). It is a nice collection and I may buy in the future when it becomes more extensive.
