The winners of the 2009 edition of the Website of the Year awards were revealed on December 10, 2009. And now rejoice you crowd – for we have won in our category!

You got it right! TemplateMonster has now become the proud possessor of the “Website of the Year 2009″ champion’s title!

For you to know, “Website of the Year” is the people’s-choice website award initiative by online research agency called Metrixlab. This year there were 221 websites nominated in over 18 categories, and more than 1,500,000 votes were cast during the period between November 3rd and December 8th.

By overall public opinion, TemplateMonster has proven to be the excellent Technology site. And in this category we’ve won two prizes having become the ‘Best Website of Year 2009′ for the highest average score on content, navigation and design, and the ‘Most Popular Website’ having the highest number of votes. Cool, huh?

For sure, this honorary status has certain grounds since all these years, from the moment TemplateMonster has been founded, with total efficiency we work for you, guys, to deliver the most solid results when it comes to our services and product range. And we’ll keep it up in what follows, for it’s our true passion to be the Internet’s rock star providing excellent templates!
