As you may have heard, Google has launched the +1 button that can now be integrated to any web page. This new functionality that will allow Google profile owners to +1, share, and store their recommendations, referring what content they prefer and find most useful. Displayed publicly, +1 tool attempts to bring up more relevant search results and much likely it could have a significant impact on search rankings for websites.

And because this new button looks and seems to be acting so awesome, we've decided to try it in action and integrate it to TemplateMonster blog. It's active starting today, so you've probably already noticed this (in case you haven't - it's on the right). Go ahead and try to click it 🙂

Now back to this button. The +1 tab can appear both next to links on Google's search results or search ads title and directly on websites across the web. Though the button was initially embedded by a number of selected publishers, now the developer's code is made public and can be easily implemented by anyone. If you like to install the +1 button on your website, go ahead and check out the instructions from Mashable on how to add the +1 button to your WordPress site.
