This post will cursorily cover the new product line of Adobe Edge Templates that are now available at TemplateMonster. These new website designs take advantage of the advanced interactivity features in the Edge, web motion and designing tool from Adobe. If you review templates’ environment, you’ll see that they offer engaging interactivity that fills standards-based animations with nuanced details and creative personality. Admittedly, Adobe Edge designs bring animation similar to that created in Flash, but they do not require Adobe’s Flash plug-in for viewing as their web page elements are developed using standards like HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript – have a look at our Adobe Edge Templates presentation page to find out more. In the overall, for many designers and website owners this new web animation software may replace Flash for creating animated content.

Adobe Edge has been offered as a free beta public preview and is now available for download through the Adobe website.
