Today is the 10th of July which means that our 4th of July Lottery is now over. That’s the bad news. The good news is that because the lottery is over we can now announce the lucky winners of our top prizes.

For those who don’t remember the top prizes were:

- Three 50% Discount Coupons.

This means that our lottery will have a whole lot of 6 (!) winners. In the next post we will publish the info about the lucky winners and about how they’re going to use their prizes.

The Independence Day is coming up real soon and it’s about time to start celebrating. This year’s celebrations at Template Monster are as diverse as they have never been before! They contain a whole lot of three separate promos, each of them will be great to celebrate. Besides no one said you have to choose only one of them - you are absolutely free to take advantage of them all.

First and foremost is the 4th of July lottery. In it we decided to play around the 2008 Presidential elections which made this lottery a pretty much amusing event. At the lottery page you can see the “Official TemplateMonster Ballot” with two candidates (they are both patriotic website designs) and instructions on how to vote for them. You choose your candidate, fill in your name and email (they will be used to deliver the free Patriotic Iconset which is given to every single participant of the holiday lottery) and then press the “Vote” button. The design that eventually gets most votes becomes a winner. Among the ones who voted for the winning design we will later choose the winners that will get the main prizes.

Congratulations, people! It’s another holiday from Template Monster – just something that you have already got used to. Except for this time it’s really big – now it’s about our sixth birthday! And big holiday means big presents, right? We will return to the presents a little bit later in this post though. Now let us get sentimental for a minute and recall the major thing that we’ve been through during those years.

It’s been almost 20,000 templates, thousands and thousands of customers and hundreds of promotional collaborations during these 6 years. Hard to believe that we’ve made it here but it’s a fact – we’re the best. But it’s not only about our efforts as your loyalty has also played a role in our overall success. And for that we thank you very much.

There are also tons of good things that we’ve done during this time. For example our social responsibility programs (“Changing the Web” and “Enhancing the Future Web”) as well as launching an educational websites network that helps you in graphic design, HTML coding, PHP programming and Flash editing (refer to Webdesign.org to find all of our network’s websites).

And here we are now – a year older but nevertheless fresh and stronger than ever. To prove that we have redesigned our own website, now it is optimized for a wider screen resolution and is much more convenient to use (not to mention the fact that we can place a lot more useful information for you on this increased space). Consider this a present #1 from us. Let’s say goodbye to the old design and welcome the new one.
